I'm a skilled and experienced barista with a graphic design degree from ECU and over a decade of experience in Australia’s specialty coffee industry. My family moved from Taiwan to Perth when I was 10, but my coffee journey actually began at 17 when I took a café job to earn pocket money - quickly discovering a deep passion for the art of coffee making.

As a self-taught latte artist, I've refined my craft by learning from some of the world’s best, including Bala, Shao-Sing (two-time World Latte Art Championship 3rd place winner), Caleb Tiger (World Champion 2015), Arnon Thitiprasert (World Champion 2017), and Irvine Nast (World Champion 2018), among others.

Throughout my career, I have played a key role in shaping some of Perth’s most renowned coffee destinations, including La Veen Coffee, Pixel Coffee Brewers, FiORi Coffee Roasters, and Darkstar Coffee Roasters. My philosophy is simple yet powerful - to create meaningful connections and build relationships through the magic of coffee. I believe that coffee education should be fun, engaging, and inspiring for the next generation of baristas. My hands-on approach makes learning about coffee both exciting and accessible, helping young talents build confidence and skill in their craft.

From building our website and crafting brand visuals to copywriting and digital strategy — I’m the one behind Andune’s online presence. With six years of experience in marketing and communications across a range of industries in Perth, I bring a mix of creativity, strategy, and heart to everything I do.

I hold a Master of Marketing from the University of Western Australia and specialise in marketing automation, eCommerce tools, and data-driven campaigns. My strengths lie in strategic planning, content creation, project management, and bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life — both online and in-person.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with some of WA’s most recognisable brands, including UWA and Seven West Media, where I honed my skills in audience engagement, storytelling, and community-focused marketing. Being bilingual and internationally educated, I bring a cross-cultural lens to everything I do.

Right now, I’m building Andune’s eCommerce platform and overseeing our business operations — from financial planning to social media and content creation. Once we launch, I’ll be your go-to for bookings and behind-the-scenes support, making sure everything runs smoothly so Andy can focus on what he does best — coffee.
