Andune Coffee Studio –  Booking Terms & Conditions

At Andune Coffee Studio, we keep our class sizes small to ensure a hands-on, engaging learning experience for every participant. 
Because of this, we have a few important policies in place to help us run things smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All class bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start of your scheduled class.
  • With sufficient notice, we’ll do our best to reschedule you into the same class within 8 weeks of your original booking (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before class will result in a forfeited booking.

Late Arrivals & Attendance

  • Due to the step-by-step structure of our training, arriving more than 15 minutes late means you may miss key foundations. In this case, your booking may be considered forfeited.
  • Full attendance is required for the duration of the class. Certificates cannot be issued to participants who are not present for the entire session.

Class Requirements

  • Each class requires a minimum number of participants to run. If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you’ll be offered a new date that works for you (subject to availability).

Group & Custom Bookings

  • These policies may differ for group bookings or customised sessions arranged for individuals or organisations. Relevant terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Sale Bookings & Transfers

  • Classes purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotion are transferable (provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance), but may incur an additional fee depending on the class being transferred to.

Running Late?

  • Please SMS us on 0430050818 if you’re running late, so our trainers can plan accordingly.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-store and are valid for use toward any standard class.
