A Special Matcha Experience (LIMITED SPOTS ONLY)

As part of the popup, we’re grateful to be joined by Aileen from Love Ya So Matcha as our guest demonstrator, leading a 45-minute Ultimate Matcha Experience hosted at Andune. This guided session is designed to be calm, fun, and approachable, whether you’re new to matcha or already love it.

Make Matcha at Home

To start, you’ll be guided through a live matcha-making demonstration, covering:

• Water temperature
• Whisking technique
• Tips for achieving café-quality matcha at home using simple tools

Guided Matcha Tasting

You’ll then take part in a curated tasting of four distinct matcha varieties, each showcasing different flavour profiles, textures, and uses:

• Yabukita Premium – smooth, refined, and umami-forward
• Komakage – soft, rounded, and naturally sweet
• Yabukita Regular – clean, balanced, and approachable
• LYSM Organic Ceremonial Blend – vibrant, grounding, and signature

Matcha Flight

Guests will then enjoy a matcha flight of four crafted drinks, created collaboratively by Andune and Love Ya So Matcha, each highlighting a different expression of matcha:

• Kinako & white chocolate matcha einspänner (LYSM)
• Miso caramel matcha latte (LYSM)
• Coconut matcha cloud (Andune)
• Honey & yuzu matcha spritz (Andune)

The flight is paired with a Matcha Red Bean Madeleine by Wonder Bakehouse.

This encore popup is about matcha, conversations, and reflections — a chance to slow down together and celebrate how far we’ve come this year.

It will also be our last popup for a little while. We’ll be settling in and gearing up for something new, which we’ll be sharing soon. Same heart, same intention — just an exciting next chapter ahead.
